All participants in this three-day conference will need to pay a registration fee. The fee will include entrance to all sessions of the conference, two lunches as well as the communal conference dinner on June 27.
EARLY BIRD! (Before June 16, Friday, 23:59 CET): The registration fee is 80 Euro
Standard rate (From June 17, Saturday, 00:00 CET): The registration is 130 Euro

On the above page, we also kindly ask you to fill in your dietary requirements (if any, so that we can better organise meals), as well as whether you will be present at the lunches, the communal conference dinner, and in the excursion to Menkemaborg on 29 June (self-funded; more information on the page Programme and activities)
Participants are encouraged to pay the fee by the end of May so as to facilitate the organization of the conference. If you have questions or are experiencing difficulties using the online payment, please contact Dr. Maria Mazzoli (m.mazzoli@rug.nl) in advance of the deadline.

If you need a letter of invitation which states the acceptance of your paper to the conference, write to Dr. Maria Mazzoli (m.mazzoli@rug.nl), specifying your details (name and surname, title, email, address, university affiliation if any, and the title of your paper).
